Mr. Weinstein has over 16 years of managing and delivering reengineering, systems integration and consulting projects across the financial services industry. Howard’s core competencies include budgeting and planning, regulatory compliance, business process reengineering, systems integration, and financial systems architectural design. Howard has also acted as a thought leader sitting on the steering committee for XBRL (extensible business reporting language). For the past seven years he has focused primarily on the Asset Management sub sector. Prior to establishing FinServ Consulting Mr. Weinstein was a Managing Director for MPI Professionals and was a Senior Manager at BearingPoint for 8 years.

Lee Schare
Partner
Mr. Schare has over 14 years of experience integrating large scale systems for a variety of organizations. His career has included time working in top-tier management consulting firms and working within the financial services industry. Lee has an accounting background and a strong combination of business, functional and technical knowledge. Lee’s core competencies include ERP packages as well as front office and operational systems integration. He has led several global SAP implementations and was personally responsible for training over 3000 users. His strengths include his functional knowledge, providing strategic direction, and project life cycle management. Mr. Schare is certified in SAP Financials (FI/CO). Prior to establishing FinServ Consulting, Mr. Schare was a Director for MPI Professionals and was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank for over 7 years.  

Paul DeAngelo

Mr. DeAngelo has over 14 years experience working within the IT departments of major financial service organizations. Through his career he has developed deep subject matter expertise in Global Custody, Brokerage, Investment Banking and Asset Management. Paul’s core competencies include application development, business analysis, project management, IT strategy, system architecture, and system implementations. With extensive business and technical knowledge, Paul has the unique ability to bridge the communications between business and technical people. Prior to establishing FinServ Consulting Mr. DeAngelo was a Senior Manager for MPI Professionals and was a AVP at Credit Suisse Asset Management for 6 years.
